Abstract: This study evaluated the feasibility of turbulent kinetic energy (TKE) assessment using compressed sensing (CS)-accelerated 4D flow MRI in patients with aortic stenosis. CS 4D flow MRI demonstrated good agreement with conventional imaging in AS patients, with only 5.0% difference in TKEmax at the ascending aorta, while significantly reducing scan time.
